Every frame we produce is made one at a time by hand per customer request. We miter and bend our own tubing. The entire process from start to finish is completed in our shop or is locally made here in Grand Rapids, MI.

Our 29er is no exception. Just like any good brewery is judged by its IPA, we know that every good quality bike maker is scrutinized by their version of the big wheel. So with this in mind we took meticulous time to research tubing. Like many other builders, we started with the highly recognized Reynolds tubing. This made a nice riding bike. We then experimented with other manufacturers tubing such as Tru Temper, Columbus, and Dedacciai. We discovered specific tubing catered to different aspects of the frame creating a much different ride. From there, we started hand selecting tubing for each specific area of the frame and then prototyped our creation extensively aka beat the hell out of it. After combining what we deem as all of the best tubing from what these companies have to offer onto one frame, we realized we had found the formula for something exceptional.
