616 is the area code for West Michigan. Because of our love for the area and the local riders, this is a part of our name; we love honoring such a great place that holds bicycling so highly regarded. This area is also the birthplace of the iconic bicycle company, Nukeproof. The former owner of Nukeproof has been bringing hand built custom bicycles and components to the cycling industry since 1987. 616 Fabrication was founded in July of 2011.

Everything we produce is manufactured right in our facility or locally made. Our goal is to utilize the best resources, people, and talent West Michigan has to offer in an effort to produce some of the most progressive, detailed, and best riding hand built custom bicycles and components on the market today.
